Purchase terms
These terms apply to purchases of goods from Vital Pharma AS in the online store vpharma.no.

The parties
The seller is Vital Pharma AS, org. no. 989 192 744, Jonsvannsveien 140, 7050 Trondheim. The buyer is the person placing the order.
Prices and payment
All prices are given in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Total price, shipping and available payment methods are shown before the order is confirmed at checkout.
Order
A binding agreement is entered into when the order is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email. Contact us if the confirmation contains errors.
Delivery
Items are shipped from a warehouse in Norway. Available shipping options, price and expected delivery are shown at checkout. See also the page about delivery and returns.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when the item was received. Exceptions may apply to sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once the seal is broken. You will find the withdrawal form via the link at the bottom of the page.
Complaints
If the item has a defect, you may file a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. The complaint deadline is normally two years, or five years when the item is meant to last significantly longer. Contact us as soon as possible and state the order number, product, and what is wrong.

Information you provide when ordering is used to carry out and follow up on the purchase. See the privacy policy for which information we process, how long it is stored and what rights you have.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first, so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If we do not reach an agreement, you can bring the case to the Consumer Council for mediation. If mediation does not succeed, the case can be decided by the Consumer Disputes Commission. The process there is free for consumers.
