About these terms
These general terms apply to everyone who visits or shops on vpharma.no. Terms specifically applying to the purchase of goods (prices, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal and complaints) are found on the Purchase terms page. For the processing of personal data, see the privacy policy.

Use of the website
The website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the service in a way that may damage, overload or hinder its operation, or violate Norwegian law or the rights of third parties. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data or underlying technology is not permitted.
Products and content
Vital Pharma sells food supplements. Food supplements are not medicines and should not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing, availability and errors in product descriptions. Product images and content declarations are indicative; the actual content appears on the packaging. In case of discrepancy between the website and the packaging, the information on the packaging applies.
Order and payment
A binding purchase agreement is entered into when the order is confirmed, cf. Purchase terms. All prices are given in Norwegian kroner including VAT. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Vital Pharma AS' payment providers, who process card and account information securely according to their own terms.
Delivery, returns and right of withdrawal
Shipping options, delivery time, returns and the right of withdrawal are described in more detail on the Delivery and returns page and in the Purchase terms. As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when the item was received. The withdrawal form is found on its own page.
Intellectual property rights
All content on vpharma.no – text, images, graphics, logos, product photos and layout – is owned by Vital Pharma AS or its licensors and is protected under the Norwegian Copyright Act and other legislation. The content must not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.
Links to third parties
The website may contain links to external websites that Vital Pharma AS does not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such websites, and use of them is at your own risk.

Dispute and complaints
Questions or complaints should first be directed to Vital Pharma AS. If we do not reach an agreement, the case can be brought before the Consumer Council for mediation, and then the Consumer Disputes Commission, which handles cases free of charge for consumers. For disputes not resolved through the Consumer Disputes Commission, the case is in principle decided under Norwegian law with Trondheim District Court as the legal venue.
