Items are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Norway. You always see the available shipping options and total price before payment.
Shipping & delivery
We offer free shipping when the order value is at least 999 NOK. Below that threshold, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Expected delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and is shown before the purchase is completed.
Right of withdrawal
Let us know within 14 days of receipt if you want to use your right of withdrawal. The item must be returned undamaged and unopened – products with a broken seal cannot be returned.

The customer pays the return costs when using the right of withdrawal. All returns must be sent back undamaged and unopened. Send the tracking number of the return to post@vitalpharma.no, so we can follow the shipment. The return address is agreed with customer service before the item is sent. For approved complaints, Vital Pharma covers the necessary return shipping.
Uncollected parcels
Parcels that are not collected, or that are returned because they could not be delivered, are charged a return fee of 150 NOK. The fee covers shipping both ways and handling of the shipment.
Faults or damage
Contact us before returning if the item is damaged, wrong or missing something. State the order number and feel free to attach a photo, so we can help you further.
