Information we process
We process information you provide through contact, account, product reviews, reminders and purchases. This may include name, contact details, order information and content you save yourself in My routine.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to deliver orders, respond to inquiries, manage your account and optional reminders, prevent misuse and fulfil legal obligations. The legal basis is contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, depending on the purpose.
Service providers
The online store uses Shopify for products and secure checkout. When you go to checkout, payment takes place on Shopify's own domain, and Shopify then sets its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. Technical providers may process necessary information on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Tracking and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure visits, which products are viewed and added to the cart, and whether our ads lead to purchases. Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are stored, and Google only receives anonymized signals without cookies. If you give consent, Google may use cookies for statistics and ad measurement. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We do not sell personal data.
Storage
Information is not stored longer than necessary for the purpose or required by law. You can delete your saved routine and reminders from your account or contact us.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or data portability, and object to certain processing. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe the processing violates the regulations.
Security
We use access control and technical measures to protect the information. No online solution can guarantee absolute security.
